Regular Meeting
Regular meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members
pre sent were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson,, Snow and Wykert.
Minutes of the Regular meeting of June 3, 1957 wore read and approved as read.
Receipts and Disbursements for the month of June.1957 were read by the Clerk.
Burman :moved: Robinson seconded: To nay off the,0utstanding Warrants at the
Farmer's National Bank. Motion Carried.
Correspondence for the month was read by the Clerk.
Street and Alley Committee was to check, on the Tiling of the Drain ditch in
front of Lowen's Property.
There was some discussion on the dusting of the Town. Wykert moved: Armstrong
seconded: To have the town dusted by plane. Motion Carried.
Mr. Alfred and Mr. Mead, representing the U.P.R.R. Co. was present to discuss
the regulation of speed of locamotives thru the Town of Ault, and to ask the
Town Board to consider repealing the Town ordinance all together. This was
tabled until August meeting.
The damning of Town trash was discussed. The Town was to haul the trash one
day a week and anyone wanting to haul there own trash during this day could
do so. All trash hauled other than the designated day could be done by contact-
ing Mr. Gene Smith, and having him nick it up.
The Old Fire Truck was to be converted into a Trailer or hose cart to be nulled
to and from a fire within the city limits of the. Town of Ault.
