SA RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE PUTNAM COUNTY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS,the Greencastle Police Department owns a dog bite suit and sleeve that was purchased
approximately ten years and which is no longer needed by the department; and,
WHEREAS, the Putnam County Sheriffs Department could use the dog bite suit and sleeve for its
canine officer and for training and education purposes
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE hereby transfers
ownership of its dog bite suit and sleeve to the Putnam County Sheriffs Department.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 12th day of April,2011.
