.Regular Meeting . November 4, 1957
Regular Meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier., Members
present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Minutes of the Regular meeting of October 7, 1957 were read and approved as
read
Receipts and Disbursements for the month of October 1957 were read by the
Clerk.
Two, safe water sample rernorts were sent in by the weld County Health Dept.
for the month of October 1957.
there was some discussion on the 1958 Budget and mill levy for the Town of
Ault. Wykert moved: xobinson seconded: To adopt the proposed budget for the
year 1958, and to set the mill levy for the Town of Ault at 16.6 for the year
1958, provided there were no protests by the next regular meeting in Dec.
Motion Carried.
The Proposed Ordinance to be numbered # 130 of the Town of Ault, Regulating
Street Traffic, was read in full. Robinson moved: Burman seconded: To adont
Ordinance # 130, Regulating Street Traffic for the Town of Ault, and to have
it nublished. Motion Carried.
Liquor applications for the year 1958 were sent in by Geo. Simpson, Aug. Soth-
man, and Frank D. Moody, Clary moved: Burman seconded: To grant Geo. Simpson,
August Sothman, and Frank D. Moody, each, a liquor license for the year 1958,
Motion Carried.
Mr. Vernon Fry was present to discuss his water service hook-up with the
Town Board, and also maintaince of the alley behind his property. Trustee
Robinson was to check into the situation with Mr. Fry.
There was some discussion on the new water line into Mrs. Florence Burman's
residence. The new installation was called a _repair service, so all agreed to pay
the cost. ( 2 party line. Line leading off of party line & going into Mrs.
Burman place, was leaking, so was disconnected from party line, and a new and
separate line or installation was run into Mrs. Burman's property)
There was a complaint on 22 rifles and B.B. guns or air rifles. A notice was to
be nut into raper, stating the people caught shooting rifles inside city limits
would have to give up there rifles and be subject toWa fine.
Snow moved: Armstrong seconded: To allow $150.00 for,Christman Decorations.
Motion Carried.

There was a lot of discussion onthe Day and Night Marshall, and police Magistrate,
in which a Special meeting was to be called, along with the Town Attorney, on
Monday, November 11, 1957 at 1:00 P.M. to settle all difference's.
