Regular meeting was callet to order at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor 41.c. Widamier.
Members present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 4, 1957 were read and approved
ad read.
Receipts and Disbursements for the month of November 1957 were read by the
Clerk.
Weld County Health Dept. sent in two safe water sample reports for the month
of November 1957, for the Town of Ault.
As there were no •protests on adopting the 1958 Budget and Mill levy of 01660
for 1958, Wykert moved: Snow seconded: To adopt same. Motion Carried.
There was some discussion on the Hiring of a Day Marshall. It was deceided to
try ad get along without. a Day Marshall, until Spring, The night Marshall could
be called during the day if needed, and he was also, to be asked if he could patrol
the Town Streets one or twice a day, and help with the traffic.
Congregational Minister asked for permission to rent the library on Sunday
morning's in which to hold young people's classes. Permission granted.

Burman moved: Atmstrong seconded: To allow the bills and draw warrants for the
amounts. Motion Carried.
Widmaier moved: Armstrong seconded: To adjorn subject to the call of the Mayor.

Regular Meeting January 6, 1958
Regular Meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Minutes of the Regular meeting of December 2, were read and approved a:,read.
Receipts and Disbursements for the month of December 1957 were read by the
Clerk.
Weld County Health Dept. sent in three safe water sample reports for the mon-
th of December 1957.
Wykert moved: Robinson seconded: To borrow enough money from the - Farmer's
National Bank to cover Registered Warrants. Motion Carried,
There was some discussion on a Day Marshall. It was deceided to give Sherm
Woods $20.00 extra per month, and have him patrol streets axe put in extra
time.
