A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING ,THE RELEASE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
IDENTIFIED SECURITY UPGRADES
WHEREAS., the City currently uses various firms to implement security upgrades;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with a group of competitive and ,qualified
firms when necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain a competitive 'bidding ,process through
the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
'HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: '
Section 1. That the .City Council of the City of Lynwood approves and authorizes
the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Identified Security Upgrades.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5t" day of January, 2010.
