Regular Meeting February 3, 1953
Regular meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier.
Members nresent were: Armstrong, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Burman was absent.
Minutes of the Regular Board meeting of January 6, 1958 were read and
approved as read.
Receipts and Disbursements for the month of January 195! were read by
the Clerk.
Two safe water sample reports, were sent in by the Weld County Health
Dept. for the month of January 1958.
Beer applications were sent in by Sarah Andrews and the V.F.W. Club.
Wykert moved: Snow seconded: To grant Sarah Andrews and the V.F.W. Club,
each, a 3.2% beer license for one year. Motion Carried.
Armstron moved: Clary seconded: To grant James E. Martin, a cemetery
deed for lots 9 & 10, Section 6, Block 3, at the Ault Cemetery. Motion
carried.
There was some discussion on the installation of ared light for Police
assistance, at the Texaco Service Station. Police �'ormnittee was to look
into this matter and report at the next regular board meeting.
There was some di sci s lion on the trash hauling in the Town of Ault. It
was suggested to have a notice put into local paper for the towns people
opinions, toward a 75¢ charge per month, annlied on the water statement,
to cover the expense of a Drayman and rent on the dumping grounds each
month,

Armstrong moved: Wykert seconded: To allow bills and draw warrants
for the amounts. Motion Carried.
Robinson moved Clary seconded: To hire Mrs. Jettye Fullmer, Mrs.
Laura Coffman, and Mrs. Marjorie Riedel, for election Judges, and
Mr. C.A. Brayton as an alternate Judge, for the Town election to be
held on April 1, 1958. Motion Carried.
Widmaier moved Snow seconded: To adjorn subject to the, call of the
Mayor. Motion Carried.

There was some discussion on the hauling of trash, in.the Town. nob-
inson moved: Wykert seconded: to have the Town charge a flat rate of
75¢ per month, to be added onto the water statements, in which is to
be used to pay.a Drayman, to haul trash and to pay the rent on the dump
grounds.
Correspondence for the month included a letter from the Town Attorney,
discussing the cleaning up of the burned.out lots on main street. Arm-
strong moved: ,cleaning
To send a notice to 1r. Herb Schulz, and
Mr. Edwin Clauson, stating they have until May 1, 195! to have there
business lots cleaned un, located located on the m in street of Ault,
or be subject to the Penalty of Ord. # 14, of the Yuan. of Ault, Motion
