A' RESOLUTION. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• LYNWOOD APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
• APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR A • NUISANCE AND `
.ABATEMENT PROGRAM.
- WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires through the enforcement of the Lynwood
Municipal Code to maintain the living conditions within the city limits; and `
WHEREAS, the city of Lynwood has ordered the Code Enforcement Division to identify and
categorize abandoned sites within the city limits needing abatement; and
^~ WHEREAS, funds form the General Funds need to be appropriated in order to proceed with
~ the abatement of nuisance program.
• NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, determine, .
orde"rand resolve as follows:
• _ Section 1. That the City Council •approves the transfer of .funds from the
Unappropriated General-Fund account iri order to pay for the expenses incurred in the abatement program.
• Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make the following fund
appropriations and'transfers:
