There was some discussion on the installation of a flashing red light or Police
light at the Texaco Service Station. Police Committee was to c heck on cost and
location for April meeting.
There was some discussion on the trading of the own nick -up for a later moded,
as the present nick-un is going to require a lot of repairs in the near Suture.
There was some discussion on the hiring of a Day Marshall, The Mayor was to contact
someone interested in the job, and have him talk to the Police L'omrittee.

Special meeting was called by Mayor Widmaier. Members present were: Armstrong,
Burman; Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
A 3.2% beer application was sent in by the Ault Grill. Robinson moved: Snow
seconded: To grant the Ault Grill, operated by Ozala Nagel, a 3.2% beer license
for one year. Motion Carried.
Armstrong moved: Clary Seconded: To adjorn subject to the call of the Mayor.
Motion Carried.

March 31, 1958
Special meeting was called to order at 7:55 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson and Wykert. Snow was absent.
Minutes of Regular meeting and vecial meeting of March, 1958 were read and app-
roved as read.
Two safe water sample reports were sent in by the Weld County Health Dept. for the
month of March 1958.
There was some discussion on the trash hauling charge, to be made for the people
of the Town. of Ault. The Ordinance was discussed, and Wykert moved: Armstrong sec-
onded: To adopt and have published Ordinance # 131, Entitled, An Ordinance relating
to Sanitation and the Promotion of Public Health and Safety: Providing for and
Regulating Sanitary Conditions on Public and Private Property within the Town of
Ault, Colorado, and for the collecting and disposal of Garbage and Refuse: Fix-
ing charges against Property owners or Occupants for such collection and disposal.
of Garbage and refuse: Providing Penalties for Violation of this Ordinance, and
repealing all Ordinances in Conflict herewith: Motion Carried.
There was some discussion on the joinarof the Colorado Municipal League. It was
tabled until the regular meeting Of.Anril 7, 1958.
There was some discussion on the purchasing of a new Power mower for the Parks.
The mayor was to meet with the school board for further discussion on a partner-
ship deal, before making the trade.
There was some discussion on the purchasing of a later model town pick-un, from
Widmaier Chevrolet. The Mayor and Clerk was, ,o get together and deceide on which
model nick -up would do the job best for the ':'.own work.
There was some discussion on the red light or police light to be installed at the
corner of the Texaco Service Station. It was tabled until a later date, until the
Police Committee could check on the cost of installation and material.
q Park man was to be hired to work by the hour, to clean un the Cemetery and Parks,
during the month of April.
There was some discussion on the hiring of a Day Marshall. The Mayor was to con-
tact someone to be interveiwed for the job.
A place to fill water tanks was to be installed at the north end of the Town Hall,
if it could be done for the price of the estimate sent in by Tinker Plmb. & Heat.
