A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CALTRANS FOR BULLIS
ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER 5-5138,
FISCAL YEAR 1998-99.
WHEREAS, the Bullis Road Improvement Project, Project No. 5-5138, from
South City Limits to Imperial Highway is included in FY 1998-99 CIP program; and
WHEREAS, the project has been submitted to Caltrans and approved to proceed
as proposed by the City; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost for the project is $368,499.00 with Federal fund of
$312,864.00 and local match fund of $55,635.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized .to execute the
agreement between the City of Lynwood and Caltrans.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
