A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SARES REGIS GROUP,
FOR OFF-SITE STORM DRAIN MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the proposed Lynwood Distribution Center has its on-site drain

( system through Bellinger Street to Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFD) facility;
~ and
WHEREAS, the LACFD does not enter into agreements to maintain storm drain
systems which have private property run off as its sole contributor to the pipe; and
WHEREAS, the City does not maintain storm drain system which has been the
responsibility of LACFD; and
WHEREAS, Sares Regis Group, the developer of the project has agreed to
maintain that portion of the off-site storm drain.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City grants an easement to Sares Regis Group for off-site
storm' drain maintenance at Bellinger Street.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
