RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTA'a
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has by Resolution provided for the
sale of Lot 17, Block 9, Independence Beach
Independence Beach, Hennepin County to: Bernard L. Wendland
and Janice L. Wendland •
Wendland
WHEREAS, the saidBernard L. Wendland & Janice L.accepts all
of the conditions of the sale of said land as set forth by the
City Council; r

NOW, TTIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Medina to authorize and direct its Mayor and Clerk to execute the
purchase Agreement on said property.
BE IT FU.MER RhSOLVED, that the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to convey the
said property to Bernard L. Wendland and Janice L. Wendland
