~. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF '
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK
' BUILDING IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS.BEING
COMPLETE
' WHEREAS, on July 7; 1998,• the City Council awarded a contract of $270,000.00 ~.
- to ENIAE International, Inc., for the Lynwood City Park Building...Improvement; and , . •
,..-- ...

"WHEREAS,-the project started on July 22, 1998, and was completed on Nov, 5, '
• 199.8; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $295,388.84; and
• WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
-completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, .THEREFORE, the.. City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby f nd,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Lynwood City Park Building -
Improvement, Project No. 5-5173, as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into .effect immediately upon its adoption.
