CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. %Ol -`7/).
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMBINATION OF THE CALDWELL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Edward J. Caldwell and Tzary T. Caldwell, husband
and wife, are the owners of Tract E, Registered Land Survey No. 1347,
files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the above described parties are the owners of real
estate described as:
The South 310 feet of the West 214.5 feet of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14,
Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Prin-
cipal Meridian, Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Caldwell have made application for a
variance .from the Platting Code of the City of Medina to combine the
two tracts for use as a single parcel of property for their homestead;
and
WHEREAS, the said combination will eliminate a presently
unusable parcel by combining it with an existing usable parcel.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Medina that a variance is granted from the Platting Code of
the City of Medina and the consolidation herein described is approved
subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall obtain a combination of the two par-
cels for taxing purposes from the Hennepin County Finance Department
consistent herewith.
2. Future divisions of the property shall be consistent
with the then existing Platting Codes.
3. The applicant shall pay an administrative fee to the City
of Medina in the amount of $-JL).00
