A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REDESIGNATION OF THE
COOKACRE AVENUE AND OLANDA STREET INTERSECTION
AS A ONE-WAY STOP INTERSECTION.
WHEREAS, in 1996, the City vacated a portion of Olanda Street between Cookacre
Avenue and Atlantic Avenue for the development of the Emerald Village; and
WHEREAS, the Cookacre Avenue and Olanda Street intersection has been
designated as a two-way stop intersection on Cookacre Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said intersection now becomes a T intersection; and
WHEREAS, to properly control the traffic at said intersection, modification to
stop designation is necessary. •, -
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section l . That the Cookacre Avenue and Olanda Street intersection is
redesignated as a one-way stop intersection, on Olanda Street.
