A Resolution amending Ordinance 3-81, an Ordinance establishing the
schedule of fees for the City of Moab Building Code.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Moab adopted Ordinance
No. 3-81 establishing the schedule of fees for the City of Moab Building
Code.
WHEREAS, Paragraph 12 of the Ordinance requires immediate addition.
NOW THEREFORE, Be It Resolved that paragraph 12 be amended to read:
12. Sidewalk: Fee: $5.00 Min. first 10' Plus $.50 lin. ft.
Driveway: Fee: $7.50 Min. first 10' Plus $.75 lin. ft.
Curb -cut: Fee: $10.00 Min. first 10' Plus $1.00 lin. ft.
Other - i.e. Cement Slab Fee: $.01 Sq. Ft.
