Internal Revenue Service Pink's Conoco Service Blake Armstrong Regular Meeting July 7, 1958 Armstrong moved: Snow seconded: To grant George Burback a Cemetery -Deed for Lot 1,, Sec. 14, Blk. 2, at the Ault Cemetery. Motion Carried. There was some discussion on the fire runs, for the Ault Fire Dept. The Dept. got the Topvn Board's permission to refuse all Briggsdale fire calls. Mr. Owen Moore, from Boettcher Bonding Co. was present to discuss water improvements bonds for the replacing of some of the water mains and services withinthe town of Ault. ° The water committee was to have meeting and d'eceide on what needed replacing and ask for bids by the Regular meeting in August. There was some discussion on the Spraying of insects. An new Sprayer was to be used or experimented mth sometime during the month. Herb Schulz and Ed Clauson were granted another extention of time to clean up there burned out lots. The Finance Conpnittee examined these bills: Farme1 t s National Bank Greeley Gas Co. August 4., 1958 Regular meeting was called to order at 7:4.5 P.M. by 'ayor Widmaier. Members present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, hobinson, Snow and Wykert. Minutes o.f the Regular meeting of. July 7, 1958 were read and anproved as read. Receints.and Disbursements for the month of July 1958 were read by the Clerk. Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samnle reports for the Town of Ault, for the month of July 1958.. Mr. Lester Hotaling was pre sent to discuss the water improvements of the Town of Ault. It was deceided to have Mr. Hotaling, Town Clerk and water committee`Lwork to- gether and start figuring on replacing of water mains and water services. lykert moved: Robinson seconded: To hire Lester Hotaling to draw up specifications to or any known replace approximately ft. of water main, and water services, weakness' es for the Town of Ault. Motion Carried. There was some discussion on public Liability Insurance for the Town of Ault. The Mayor was to contact Town Attorney, for more advice.
