RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION REGARDING MARTIN BENNIS
WHEREAS, Martin Bennis is the owner of real estate located
at 2185 Holy Name Drive in the City of Medina and legally described

WHEREAS, Mr. Bennis has erected a fence along Holy Name
Drive, the location of which has not been verified as to whether it
is on City right-of-way or private property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that Mr. Bennis be informed that the City of Medina
cannot be responsible for damage to said fence from road construc-
tion and maintenance operation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Bennis be provided with a
copy of this resolution.
