Clary Moved: Robinson seconded: To allow bills and draw warrants for the amounts.
Motion carried.
There was some discussion on the digging of graves, and cost or charge at the Ault
Cemetery. It was deceided to pay the ner.on digging the grave $12.50 extra, if done
by a Town employee, on town time, and the Town would receive the other $12.50 for
care and up -keep of the grave.
Widrnaier moved: Snow seconded: To adjorn subject to the call of the Mayor. Motion
carried.

Regular Meeting
September 8, 1958
Regular meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Mayor M.C. Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. Burman was absent.
Minutes of the Regular meeting of August 1958 were read by the Clerk.
Weld, County Helath Dept. Sent in two safe water sainple reports, for the month of August
1958
Mr. Earl Rankin was present to ask about the position of Day Marshall. His Qual-
ifications were heard, and was deceided to hire Mr. Rankin as Day Marshall, if his
referenc's were approved.
Robinson moved: hykert seconded: To nay off the Balance of Registered Warrants, for
the Town of Ault, at the Farmer's National Bank. Motion Carried.
Many of the complaints and problems of the Town were heard and discussed by the
board.
The Finance Committee examined these bills:

Regular meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor M.C. Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Burma, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. Minutes of the
regular meeting of September.!, 195,! were read and approved as read.
Receipts and Disbursments for the month of September 1958 were read by the Clerk.
Weld County. Health Dept. sent in two safe water sample reports for the month of
September 1958, for the Town of Ault.
