A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS; the Lynwood City Park Project was funded by two grants from the
Los Angeles County Regional Parks and Open Space District and the City of Lynwood General
Fund; and
WHEREAS; construction of the park was done by subcontractors, City crews
and City youth; and
WHEREAS; all formal contract work-has been completed and accepted, by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS; staff has inspected the project and found all work has been
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood as
follows:
Section 1: That the City Council accepts the Lynwood City Park Project, Project
No. 5-5173 as being complete.
Section 2: This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoptation.
