. "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITE' OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION
. ~ ~ PLAN AND GENERAL EMPLOYEES' SALARY SCHEDULE"

WHEREAS, -the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee '
'. ~ ~ Classification and Position Plan and' amended same as needed; and
. , ,.
~; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a salary resolution .
with a salary schedule including the General Employees' salary schedule; and
WHEREAS, the City has identified a need for the inclusion of new position statements;
and .
' WHEREAS, the required job analysis has been completed and a classification statement
'prepared on that basis; and
`.. WHEREAS, the Personnel Board has reviewed the new classification and recommends
Council's approval. ,
NOW THEREFORE,' the City Council, of'the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
- determine, order and resolve as.follows: f ,
. Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification and Position Plan and appropriate
~`~ salary schedule to reflect the following: - .

. Section 2.~ .This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption_
