RESOLUTION 79-45
WHEREAS, the City of Med nj and the County of Hennepin
have a Joint Cooperation Agreement in effect for the use of Community
Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, both parties wish to terminate that agreement and replace
it with a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, County Contract No. 90455 ;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the current agreement with the County of
Hennepin be terminated effective September 30, 1979, and a new agreement
with the County of Hennepin, County Contract No. 90455 be implemented
effective October 1, 1979; and the Mayor and the Clerk be
authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this 21 day of
August, 1979
