A RESOLUTION. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND TRANSFER FUNDS FROM
THE PUBLIC PARK PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5.155 TO THE ..
LYNWOOD CITY PARK PROJECT; PROJECT NO. 5-51 55
~~ _ WHEREAS;- Lynwood Cty'Park Project is listed in the CapitoY Improvement
:_•' Project Schedule. for FY~ 1998-99;>~and ~
. WHEREAS; the Lynwood City Park Project is now complete; a,nd
WHEREAS; the final project construction cost was $32,000.00 more than the
~. budget amount; and j
WHEREAS; it,is necessary to transfer funds from the Public Park Project to fihe '
Lynwood City Park Project to cover the deficit .
- NOW, THEREFORE, 'BE 1T~RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follows:
Section 1: That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the
following fund appropriations and transfer`
