Regular. Meeting
Regular meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Receints and. Disbursements for the month of November 1958 were read by the Clerk.
Minutes of Regular meeting of November 1958 were read and approved as read.
Weld County Health Dent. sent in two safe water sample renorts for the month of
November 1958.
There was some discussion on the dumping nriviledges for the Farr Co. elevator at
the Town dump. From the 1st of December, 1951, all, trash and dirt at the Farr.
elevator, was to be nicked up by the Drayman, instead of them hauling there own
trash.
Mrs. Aycock was present to discuss the shooting of B.B. guns within the Town of
Ault. Also, fines for the same, and the reimbursement of part of a fine. After
listening to her case, the Town Board deceided to leave the situation and court
case as it was, because of the Town Ordinance.
