3.2%beer lic. Wyker moved: Robinson seconded: To grant Donald Demm.el, Sarah An-
drews, and the V.F.W. Club, each a 3.2% beer license for one year. Motion Carried.
Correspondence for the month of December was read by the Clerk.
Discussion on a drain tile along the north side of 3rd. St, owned by Frank Lamb,
was left up to the Street and Alley Committee. They`were to contact the owner to see
what eould be done, and then be brought un and discussed at the February meeting.
A Plalue was to bA made or purchased in honor of Mr. H.B. Smith, and nlaced in the
Town Hall. This Plaque would be in memory of all his services to the Town 'and Comm-
unity.
There'was some discussion on water rates of the Town of Ault. Robinson moved: 4urman
seconded: To raise the flat rate of water for the Town of Ault, from the present
81.75 for the first 2000 gallons of water used, to $2.50 for the first 2000 gallons
of water used, as of Janurery 1, 1959, Motion Carried.

February 2, 1959
Regular meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by `Mayor M.C. Widmaier. Members
present were: Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. Armstrong was absent.
Minutes of the Regular meeting held on January 5, 1959 were read and approved as
read.
Receipts for the month of January 1959 were read by 'the Clerk.
Weld County Health Dept. sent in two safe water sample reports, for the Town of
Ault, 'for the month of January 1959.
An ordinance to be numbered, # 132, of the Town of Ault, relating to the keeping
and Harboring of Dogs; providing License fee's therefore; providing for licensing
o.f dog Kennels: providing for control of rabies and regulating logs, with-
in the'Town of Ault and rnealing ordinance # 120 of the Town of Ault, was read
in full, discussed, and ordered published.
Gambling at the V.F.W. Club" was discussed, but deceided to let the V.F.W. members,
and officers, correct and regulate there games.
The draining situation on the north side of 3rd Street was brought up and discussed.
Mr. Frank Lamb was to correct the tiling or drain tile soon as weather permitted. '
There was some discussion on the cleaning u- and building up of the two burned •
out lots located on main street. Mr. Harring the owner of the lots was to be contact-
ed and if necessary, called into the Town Board meeting of March, 1959, for further
discussion. There were six High School Students, attending the Regular Town Board
meeting to acquire information, discussion, and make notes of important Points,
for there school work.
