CITY OF MEDIN
RESOLUTION NO. 9 - 4 7
RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING TOWER DRIVE, PINTO DRIVE
AND HAMEL ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENT WITH THE TOWER
DRIVE STREET IMPROVEMENT LYING WEST OF PINTO DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. Z(7 f',/ passed by the
City Council of the City of Medina the %' day of ,
1979, established an improvement project for the repair, reconstruc-
tion and surfacing of Tower Drive; Pinto Drive between TH #55 and
Hamel Road, and Hamel Road between Hickory Drive and a point 600
feet east of Tower Drive; and
WIIEREAS, pursuant to a petition of all of the property own-
ers abutting on proposed Tower Drive lying westerly of Pinto Drive
and pursuant to its resolution adopted on July 17, 1979, the City
Council of the City of Medina established an improvement project
for the construction of a street and watermain in Tower Drive lying
westerly of Pinto Drive; and
WHEREAS, the two public improvements may be feasibly and
economically bid as a joint project;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The two construction projects described herein shall be
bid and constructed as a single project;
2. A separate accounting of the costs of each project shall
be maintained for assessment purposes.
