March 12, 1959
Special meeting was called by Mayor Widnaier. Members present were: Armstrong,
Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. A 3.2 beer license application was
sent in by Izola 11. Nagel of the Ault Grill. Clary Moved: Robinson seconded:
To grant Izola M. Nagel, dba Ault Grill, a 3.2,E beer license for one year.
Armstrong moved: Snow seconded: To adjourn subject to call of the Mayor.
Motion carried.

March 24, 1959
Special meeting was called by Mayor Widmaier. Members present were: Armstrong,
Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. A beer license application was
sent in by Robert Gunson of Gunson's Pool Hall. Clary moved: Snow seconded:
To grant Robert Gunson, dba Gunson's Pool Hall, a 3.2; beer license for one
year. Wykert moved: Armstrong seconded: To adjourn subject to the call of
the Mayor. Motion carried.

Regular Meeting March 2, 1959
Regular meeting was called to order at 7:35 P. M. by Mayor M. C. Widniaier.
Members present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Minutes of the regular meeting of Pebruary 1959 were read and approved as read.
PLeceipts for the month of February 1959 were read by the Clerk.
Weld County Health Dept. sent in two safe water sample reports for the month
of February, 1959.
Mr. Waid Johnson was present to discuss the proposed Leash law ordinance with
the Town Board. Ordinance 132, relating to the Dog leash law was discussed,
and tabled, and Ord. #120 relating to Dogs of the Town of Ault, will remain in
force, for the present.
Correspondence for the month of February 1959 was read by the Jerk.
There was some discussion on the burned -out lots on main Street. Mr. Greg Harring
the owner of the lots, stated he was preparing to build and clean up the lots as
soon as weather permitted.
