RESOLUTION NO.
9 4.1
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
repair, reconstruction and surfacing of Tower Drive, Pinto Drive
between T.H. #55 and Hamel Road, and Hamel Road lying between
Hickory Drive and a point 600 feet east of Tower Drive; and for
the improvement of Tower Drive lying westerly of Pinto Drive by
the construction of a street and installation of a watermain
therein, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
law and the following bids were received complying with the ad-
vertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears

that McCrossan is the lowest responsible
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota:
1. The contract is heresy awarded to McCrossan.
2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into the attached contract with McCrossan in
the name of the City of Medina for the improvements set forth here-
in in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
3. Upon the signing of the contract by all parties, the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return to all bid-
ders the deposits made with their bids.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
