THE OKALOOSA BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (LIBRARY COOPERATIVE)
In a budget year in which the Library Cooperative has adequate funding to pay the annual Overdrive
renewal fee, as documented in its budget approved by the OCPLC Governing Board, the individual
Libraries will be released from their funding commitment for that budget year, otherwise, the below
signed Cities shall remain responsible to each pay one-third of the annual Overdrive renewal fee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed the Memorandum of Understanding on the
dates indicated below.
