RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES
TO THE HENNEPIN COUNTY AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION
WHEREAS, the records of the Utility Funds of the City of Medina list.
certain acc-)uits as delinquent; and
WHEREAS, he consumers have been previo.,sly notified of the delinque:icy
according to legal requirements, and
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute 444.075 (3) and Section 10:27:11 of
Ordnance No. 157 of the City of Medina authorize certification of
such delinquent accouits to the Co,,nty A,zditor for collection:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, to direct the Director of Finance of the County of Hennepin
to place poi the tax rolls for 1979 and payable in 1980, the delinquent
acconts which are listed in Exhibit A attached hereto, consisting of
delinque t tility bills with interest at )' %.
