January 16, 1960
Special meeting of the Trustees of the Town of Ault was called at the office of
the clerk at 10:30 a.m. January 16, 1960, for the purpose of adopting ordinance
No. 132 -,,thich provides for the annexation of Graefe's Seventh Addition to the Town
of Ault. Moved by Burman; seconded by Snow to adopt the ordinance. Roll call. Carried.
In the matter of requirement of vaccination for rabies before issuing dog licenses
it was decided that vaccination is optional with the dog owners.
Clerk authorized to hire assistance in the office on an hourly basis as needed
in the next three months. Wages of not more than X1.00 per hour to be paid --half by
the Town and half by Brayton Agency.

Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault calledto order by
Mayor N. C. Widmaier, at 7:45 p.m.
Members present: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow, Wykert.
Minutes of the meeting of January 4 and the special meeting of January 16 read
and approved.
Financial report for the month of January was presented.
Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samples for the month of January.
Moved by Clary, seconded by Burman to approve application for renewal of beer
license to Sarah Andrews. Roll Call. Carried.
Concerning the drainage problem at Hayden and East Third Street, Snow to see
Chas. 3T. Brown concerning an easement across the east side of the lot on the South
side of last Third and report to Burman or Clary.
Gilbert Armstrong reported that Ray VanWhy of Pierce has complained on behalf
of the Town of Pierce and the California Co. about paper and trash from the dump
blowing into town. They want trash burned and also pushed into the pit. Inquiry
to be made concerning a new dump.
Blake Armstrong instructed to hire help and start the Park clean-up anytime
the weather is suitable.
Finance committee examined bills totaling $1,902.25. Moved by Robinson,
seconded by Burman to allow the bills. Roll call. Carried.

Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault called to order
at 7:50 by Mayor Pro-Tem Gilbert Armstrong in the absence of Mayor Widmaier.
Members present: Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Minutes of the meeting of Feb. 1 read and approved.
Financial report for the month of February was presented.
Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samples for the month of
February.
Arde:ll Leaf, Commander of V. F. W. Club presented request of the club to be relieved
of liability for pool license because no charge is made for playing pool and the rooms are
open only to members and guests. Moved by Snow, Seconded by Wykert to charge no license
for V. F. 4. as of Jan. 1, 1960. Roll call. Carried.
Moved by Snow, Seconded by Wykert to approve applications for renewal of beer
licenses to Izola M. Nagel and Robert Gunson. Roll call. Carried.
In the matter of a proposed easement for drainage across the Charlie Brown lots
on East Third Street Snow reported that Brown would consent to grant the easement
provided it is put where it would not interfere with a fence and must be covered.
Committee to contact Paul McClure <nd work out plan acceptable to Brown.
No new business.
Finance committee examined bills totaling 5;1659.15. Moved by Robinson,
Seconded. by Wykert to allow the bills.
