Minutes of the regular meeting of Apr. 4 and the Special meeting of Apr. 19
read and approved.
Financial report for the month of April presented.
Weld County Health Dept. sent in two safe water samples for the month of April.
Old business: Clary reported that little progress had been made in securing
an easement from Mr. Brown. Brown had suggested that the Board present the whole

of getting an easement thru the J. I. Woods lot east of Brown considered. Clary to
see Woods.

probably should be replaced first.

a well at some future time ---to be located west of his house next to the fence. The
town will be expected to take care of the legal costs in the transfer. Armstrong
moved, Clary seconded motion to accept the offer and to secure proper deed. Water
committee to proceed with necessary action. Roll call. Carried.
In the matter of hook—up charges for new installations Prange and Snow directed
to look into practice in other towns and determine what would be practical here.
