~A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ~~ .
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
- ~ .AMENDMENT TO THE SERVICES CONTRACT
w~ ~ ~ AGREEMENT ,WITH DAPEER, ' ROSENBLIT, AND
LITVAK, LLP, FOR CITY PROSECUTOR SERVICES ~ .
• IN SUPPORT ~ OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT:
-~~ ~ PROGRAM .
WHEREAS, on October 11, 1998,. the City of Lynwood (City) entered into,.
anagreement with Dapeer, Rosenblit ~ and Litvak, LLP (Contractor) which set.
.froth the terms and, conditions for the services of the City Prosecutor Services;
and .
WHEREAS, on November 2, 1999, City Council approved the extension
of said contract for atwo-year period, which shall terminate on June 30, 2001;
and ..
WHf REAS, the City is satisfied. with services provided by Contractor and
extend the services agreement for a-'two-year period. .
• NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
- City of Lynwood that: ~ , .
~~ ~ Section 1'. They City Council ~ of .the City eof Lynwood- approve the
extension of the service contract with Dapeer, Rosenblit and Litvak LLP for a
' two-year-period.
Section 2. The' Mayor.:~is authorized to execute the amendment to the
Services Contract Agreement: .
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption. ~ t
