A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING '
THE OPERATION PLAN .FOR THE NEW YEAR,
' DECEMBER 29, 1999 THROUGH JANUARY 3; 2000 •

• WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood is in a unique combination of
a Y2K, and celebrations of the New Year and New Millennium, and - -
,, . .
WHEREAS, The safety and service to residents will be enhanced
' by implementing the Operation Plan for the'-New Year, and
• WHEREAS, There are several employees of the City of Lynwood -
that :are ~in the .training process to ensure the safe and normal operations of our
community in~an Emergency Operation Center (EOC), and -
- NOW. THEREFORE; THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD~DOES
' HEREBY FIND,,:., PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: ' ; •
. Section 1. That the City Council authorizes staff to implement the
"Operation Plan' for the New Year". -
. Section 2. That this. resolution shall take effect immediately upon
-its adoption. - ~ ~ . .
