A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNVIi00® AUTHORIZING THE
IDESTRUCTION OF CONFISCATEID EVI®ENCE
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood acknowledges the necessity #o destroy
confiscated evidence; and
WHEREAS,. the confiscated evidence has accumulated, and has been
retained for a period of over six months; and
WHEREAS, that evidence consists primarily of metal pushcarts, pots, lids,
luggage carriers, horns, tongs, ice shavers and ice chests, and plastic milk
crates, tubs, water containers, and ice chests.
IVOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood that:
Section 1. The .City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby authorizes
the destruction of the confiscated evidence.
~ Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED-this 21st day_of December, 1999.
