I move pursuant to Section § 2.2-3711(A)(3) of the Code of Virginia that the Leesburg
Town Council convene in a closed meeting for the purpose of a discussion regarding
the acquisition or disposition of real property related to an unsolicited proposal for
public land where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the
bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.
