ORDINANCE No. 187
adopting the Sewer Department Budget; and
ORDINANCE No. 188
adopting the Department of Tourism Budget.
Mr. Maley reported that Great lakes Dredge and Dock Company has filed
a damage suit in Federal Court and we are filing a Response today asking
that the suit be dismissed on the basis that it is defective.
There being no. further business on motion of Mr. Taplin, seconded by
Mr. Beatty, the meeting was adjourned at 10:55 A.M.

The Council of Bal Harbour Village met Tuesday, August 31, 1976 at 9:30A.M.
in the Village Hall.
Present: Mayor Printup
Absent:
Messrs. Beatty, Davis, Logan and Taplin
Also present were Fred W. Maley, Village Manager and Mary T. Wetterer,
Village Clerk.
The meeting was adjourned for lack of a quorum at 9:40 A.M.
