RESOLUTION NO. ~ 99.203
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE-CITY'
OF IYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE CITY HALL PARKING -
. ~ ~ LOT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT N0.5-;5148, '
AS BEING COMPLETE -
- ~ - ti _:
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $74,950.00 to Civil
I~ °, Works Corporation for the City Hall Parking Lot Improvement Project;. and
4 ~.
WHEREAS, the project started on August 23,1999, and was completed
on December 3, 1999; and ~ ~~
' WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $111,963.78; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and` specifications.

NOW,:THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does-
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
" Section 1. That the City Council accepts the City Hall Parking Lot
.Improvement Project; Project No. 5-5148, as being complete and in accordance with
. ~ contract documents. .
Section 2., This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon.its
