In attendance: Colleen Charleston, Mary Jo LaFreniere, Scott Aghababian Carole Nathan
Absent: Dan Terry
Guests: W. Aubrey Doyle, Mark Stickney, representing HHS Athletic Hall of Fame
Meeting called to order by Carole at 7:05PM.
Minutes to the May meeting were read and approved.
The HHS Athletic Hall of Fame is requesting funding for plaque holders that would
display all the recognition plaques in the hallway near the HHS cafeteria and athletic
center. Had one quote for $6,900, will be getting two more.
2013 scholarship winner thank you notes were read. A note was also received from a
2012 winner to thank the committee again.
It was motioned and unanimously voted to use $6,000 towards scholarships, 3-male and
3-female, graduating 2014 Hopkinton seniors.
Colleen will be in touch with the Senior Center regarding a possible request from there.
Short discussion regarding money received in memory of Joe Pratt and recognition
plaque for Mary and Joe Pratt.
Next meeting is Tuesday, October 8, 2013.
Meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
