Members present: Xrmstrong, Clary, Loewen, Prange, Snow and Wykert. Minutes of the meeting of Oct. 3 read and approved as read. Financial report for the month of October presented. Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samples for the month of Oct. .1. Moved by Wykert, Seconded by Armstrong to grant cemetery deed to Lot 8, Sec. 3, Block Two, Ault Cemetery to Eriselda Martinez. Roll call. Carried. Moved by Armstrong, Seconded by Wykert to approve renewal applications for licenses to August Sothman and F. D. Moody for liquor by. package and to Geroge Simpson for liquor by drink. Roll call. Carried. Paul McClure presented estimate of approximately $2000.00 to extend the new water mains south on First Avenue far enough to make the school connection. Moved by Snow, Seconded by Clary to proceed with work extending the 6" line from First Street to ,A. Street on First Avenue. Roll call. Carried. Assignment of house numbers for the new addition to be made by the judiciary committee. Clary presented request of the school for a light south of the gym. Moved by Wykert, Seconded by Snow to have the light installed. Roll call. Carried. Finance committee examined bills. Moved by Armstrong, Seconded by Clary to pay the bills. Roll call. Carried. Moved by Armstrong, Seconded by Loewen to grant the following cemetery deeds: Lots No. 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12, Section 5, Block 3, Ault Cemetery to Mrs. Robert Gunson; Lots 5 & 6, Section 14, Block 2, Ault Cemetery to David R. McDowall; Lot 2, Section 4, Block 2, Ault Cemetery to Juanita Garcia. Roll call. Carried. Moved by Armstrong, Seconded by Clary to issue the additional five $1000 bonds now held by Boettcher and Co. to finish paying for the new water line. Roll call. Carried. At the request of the school a motion to install 2 additional street lights on the school property was presented by Snow, Seconded by Wykert. Said lights are to be connected and controlled thru the town system but additional cost to be billed to the school district. It was brought to the Board's attention that the Horton Plumbing & Heating Co. of Greeley was working in Ault without a town license. Blake Armstrong authorized to con- tact them and see that proper license is issued before the work proceeds. Armstrong, reporting for the Judiciary committee, said that assigning of new numbers in the Graefe addition is impossible. Recommended renumbering entire town on a systematic Plan. To see Attorney to find out if any ordinance is involved. Snow reported that Mrs. Fothergill has asked that the board advise her on the matter of receiving fines in installments. No decision.
