RESOLUTION 79 - %/
WHEREAS, the City of Medina receives Community Development
Block Grant Funds, and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that there is a need for
using said funds for Housing and Rehabilitation, and
WHEREAS, the City finds it appropriate to establish
maximum grant amounts and adjusted income limits, now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Medina
establish the following guidelines:
Adjusted income amount of $7500.00
Maximum Grant amount of $5000.00
