E. Robinson,, Members present : Armstrong, Clary, Loewen, Prange, Snow and Wykert. Minutes of the meeting of Jan. 2 read and approved as read. Financial report for month of January presented. Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samples for the month of January. Application for renewal of 3.2% beer license to Sarah Andrews granted on motion of Snow, Seconded b y Wykert. Roll call. Carried. Correspondence: Letter from State of Colo. Department of Public Health concerning &/z- polut ion. Letter from State of Colo. Dept. of Agriculture concerning licensing of commercial sprayers. Resignation of A. A. Mason as police magistrate presented. Moved by Clary, Seconded by Wykert that resignation be accepted and that the judicial commitee contact Bob Burroughs concerning accepting the position. Roll call. Carried. Concerning street paving, it was reported that County Commissioner -Reed has stated that the county is planning to surface from hiway 14 south on First Ave. Special meeting to consider paving will be held Feb. 19. Clerk instructed to charge minimum water fees for users who have had frozen service lines providing any service was available during the month. Proposal to purchase fire siren tabled while possibility of repairing old one is investigated. Blake Armstrong reported that he will need some supplies.
