In accordance with a request from the Village Manager's office, Calvin, Giordano &
Associates, Inc. (CGA) is pleased to provide this fee proposal for professional services
to serve as the Village's Selection Committee for RFQ No. 2017-06-07 for Professional
Engineering Services for the Village -Wide Undergrounding of Utilities Program.
CGA will empanel a committee of4 persons with experience in the area of
undergrounding utilities. This selection committee will review, analyze, and compare
the submittals from all respondents; will provide the Village Manager's Office with our
rankings and recommendations regarding the need for short-list interviews within 3
weeks from the date of receipt of the submittal materials for our review.
The fees provided in this RFQ will cover our review and analysis of up to four (4)
submittal packages. Analysis and review of submittals in excess of 4 will merit
additional fees.
The specific scope of services offered herein is detailed as follows:
I. Professional Engineering Services
A. Civil Engineering
1. Review submittal materials
2. Meet to identify responsible and responsive submitters and to
compare and rank the submittals
3. Provide Rankings to Village Manager's Office.
