Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault called to order by
Mayor H. E. Robinson. Members present: Armstrong, Clary, Loewen, Prange, Snow and
Wykert. Guest: Chester Forbes.
Minutes of the meeting of Feb. 5 read and approved as read.
Financial report for month of February presented.
Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samples for the month of
February.
Ap-plication for renewal of 3.2 beer license to Pearl Konig approved by poll
of the Board thry special meeting of February 19.
Chester Forbes requested ruling asp -to allowing kids to Play pool. Informed
that there is no regulation. Any restrictions are up to the parents so long as
business is properly conducted.
Armstrong presented complaints from school concerning dogs. No decision.
