existing on -site •septic systems in the A:::edina I':orningside area of the city,
and
WEREAS, the Cite of Orono will construct and/or has constructed and
owns and operates various trunk and lateral sewer lines which serve various
land areas in Orono, and
IrI=AS the City of Orono has signed an agreement allowing for the
provision of sanitary sewer service to the redina Morningside area of the
City of Medina
NOW TBEPEF'0R E, I1E IT TESOLIF7D that the attached sanitary sewer
construction and service agreement dated November 28, 1979 between the
City of 2edina, and. the City of Orono is hereby approved by the T'ledina
City Council.
