Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the. Town of Ault called to order
by Mayor H. E. Robinson. Members present: Allison, Loewen, Snow and Wykert.
Absent: Galloway and Prange.
Pollowdng committees appointed by Mayor Robinson to serve for two years:
Mayor Pro-tem, Galloway. Street & Alley committee, Prange, Allison and Galloway.
All members to assist on paving. Police committee, Prange and Galloway. Finance
& Judiciary committee, Allison and Pran<Me. Park & Cemetery committee, Loewen
and Wykert. Water Works committee, Wykert, Loewen and Snow.
Moved by Snow, Seconded by Allison that a dog leash law ordinance be drawn
up. Roll call. Carried.
Paul McClure instructed to have figures for paving for the area north of
Hiway 14 and West of Hiway 85 by April 24. Also figures for the entire town.
In addition to paving figures, specifications for curb and gutter should be
worked out preparatory to drawing up ordinance.
Meeting adjourned subject to call of special meeting on April 24 at which
time Owen Moore of Boettcher & Co. to be present.

Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault called to order
by Mayor H. E. Robinson. Members present: Galloway, Loewen, Snow, Prange and
Wykert. Absent : Allison._ Also present were Owen Moore of Boettcher and Co.. and
representatives of the Flatiron Paving Co.
Mr. Moore presented the possible pJ, ns of a Special Improvement District
in which basis of assessment is frontage and the General Improvement District based
on assessed valuation. His recommendation was a General Improvement District and
his proposal was that his company- take care of all necessary legal or clerical
work at a fee of 4 3/14 of the bond issue.
Opinion of the Board was that an attempt should first be made to do the pro-
ject on a cash, pay-as-you-go basis. Each trustee to contact owners in assigned.
areas. Meeting adjourned.

Minutes of the regulier meeting of Apr. 3 and the spacial meeting of April
16 and April 24 rea and ap_rroved as read.
Financial report for month of April presented.
Weld County Health Department sent in two safe water samples for month of
April.
Application for Drug store liquor license to Max G. Mabie approved by
motion of Wykert, Seconded by Snow. Roll call. Carried.
Correspondence: Letter from Dept.1 of Hiways to Mayor Robinson urged that
representative from the town attend a meeting in Greeley lay 17 to discuss street
and hiway problems. Mayor expressed desire that someone attend.
