RESOLUTION NO. 50 - 3
REALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Medina was granted !t0600.00 for use in assisting
Medina Morningside property owners with payment of Special Assessments,
in Year V of Community Development Block Grant Funding, and
WHEREAS the City of Medina was granted ft10,000 for use in televising
and correcting infiltration problems in the Hamel sewer lines in Year V,
and
WHEREAS the Medina City Council has determined that because the Medina Morn-
ingside project has not been completed, as of this date, and because the
City Council has determined that the use of additional monies is needed
for televising and repairing the Hamel area sewer lines,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT 'RESOLVED that 10600.00 from Year V project 56 be
reallocated to Year V project 55, making the total of project 55, $15,600.
