Special Study Session Meeting
Minutes
April 19, 2023 6:30 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
i. Call to Order, Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 6:300 PM; upon roll call by the Clerk
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present: Mark Hammer, Stacie Langdon,
Veronica Pejril, Cody Eckert, Dave Murray and Darrel Thomas. Russell Harvey arrived at
7:05 pm. Board of Works members Craig Tuggle, Tru y Selvia and William Dory.
II. New Business
A. Proposed Storm Water Utility Study
Sheila McKinley from Christopher Burke presented he following to the Common
Council and Board of Works:
- Background and Project Overview of a Stormwat r Utility
- Stormwater Program Costs
- Rate Structure Database and Stormwater Utility Fee
- Credit Manual Criteria and Maximum Credits
No formal action taken
Ill. Adjournment
Motion by Darrel Thomas to dismiss at 8:24PM, secon by Veronica Pejril, 7-0 motion
carried.
Motion by Trudy Selvia to dismiss at 8:24PM, second y Craig Tuggle, 3-0 motion carried.
