A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
ADOPTING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR NON-RESIDENT LIBRARY FEES;
PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS; AND, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE .
DATE.
WHEREAS, in order to bring the fees paid by those who live outside the city and use the
library more in line with the rate residents pay, the Library Board is recommending that
the non-resident fee be raised to $50 per family per year, and
WHEREAS, notice of the proposed fee was published in The Star -News, a newspaper of
general circulation within the City, on July 13, 2006, and July 20, 2006, and a public
hearing was held on the proposed new fee on July 27, 2006, all as required by law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:

Resolution 03-08, Section 2 (C) will be replaced in its entirety with the

residents and will be assessed an annual fee based on a calendar year
according to the date the original fee is paid. $50 per year per family
Section 2: The remainder of Resolution 03-08 will remain unchanged.
Section 3: This resolution shall be in full force and effect on July 28, 2006.
