Concerning water hook-up charges outside 'Cie city limits, the following resol-
ution was adopted by motion of Galloway, Seconded by Allison: The charge for out of
town tap fee shall be $40.00 and the property owner shall Pay ill expenses to install
and maintain, conforming to town specifications. Roll call. Carried.
Reouest of Spanish preacher to hold open-air church meetings in the street
denied.

S-mecial rreeting of the Board of, Trustees of the Town of Ault called to order
by Mayor H. E. Robinson. Members present: Allison, Galloway, Prange, Snow. Absent:
Loewen and wykert. Guests Present were George e-oerlein, Chas. Campbell, Floyd.
Preston, Lynnden Fletcher and representatives of the Industrial Asphalt Paving Co.
of Loveland.
Pavia,; company representatives recommended that a tack coat or prime coat is
not necessary. Suggested increasing asphalt content. Gave an estimate price of
85 cents per square yard, hauled from Loveland.
Fletcher announced that curb and gutter work will be stated. about May 28 and
the charges will be $1.50 and $1.75.
Curb and gutter ordinance read for second time. Moved by Allison, Seconded
by Prange that the ordinance be adopted. Roll call. Carried.
Paving ordinance read for second time. Moved by Galloway, Seconded by Snow
that it be revised to provide for 6`! interest Plus 105 for county treasurer for
collection, and that the ordinance be adopted with those provisions. Roll.call.Carried.
Meeting ad jodrned subject to call on May 29 at which time question of water
bonds will be considered.

Special Meeting
May 29, 1962
Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault called to order
by Mayor H. E.-Robinson. Members sent : Allison,Loewen, an
�.�re,��_ Prange and W,r'kert.
Absent: Galloway and Snow. Also present were representatives of the bonding core-
panies of Boettcher & Co. ; Cruttenden, Podesta and Miller; and Hanifen, Imhoff and
Samford;
Bids were requested on $20,000 Tissue, first bond due Sept. 1, 1963; First
coupon dated J»l y 1, 1962 due September 1, 1962. Boettcher t s bid of 34 with a service
charge of $160.00 was low bid. Moved by Prange, Seconded by Allison that the low
bid as per contract submitted for water improvement be acce-oted. Roll call. Carried.
Often Moore explained a little of the proposed water district. He stated that the
growth possibility of this area is great and ground values increase, with water
availability. Pierce, Ault and Eaton might buy • water from the district tho they will
not be within the district. Inadequacy of wells, inferior supply and nitrate con-
tamination are the reasons for starting the district and it will insure a water
supply in the future for project building.

Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault called to order

Minutes of the regular meeting of Ma 7 and. special meetings of Hay 15, 22 and
29 dispensed with on account of press of business.
Financial report for month of May presented and report of audit of books
for 1961.
Biel', County Health Dept. sent in two safe water samples for the month of flay.
Old business: question of liability insurance tabled while Galloway inves-
tigates rates and coverage.
Petition of property owners in the 500 block, East Second street protesting
curb and gutter improvements read.
