A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
ADOPTING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF
STANDARDIZED MAPS; PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS; AND,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall has created a geographic information system (GIS)
capable of producing maps showing a variety of data; and
WHEREAS, the City of McCall has standardized the most -often requested types and
sizes of maps; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to charge a fee for the production of these standardized maps
to reimburse the costs incurred by the City for developing and updating these maps; and
WHEREAS, notice of the proposed fees was published in The Star News, a newspaper of
general circulation within the City, on January 12, 2006 and January 19, 2006 and a
public hearing was held on the proposed increased fees on January 26, 2006, all as
required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that it is in the best interest of the owners
of property and of the inhabitants within the City to create new fees as set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The following rates and fees are hereby adopted as the fees for
standardized GIS maps:

Section 2: Existing fees that are not in conflict with the fees adopted by this
Resolution 06-05 shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3: This resolution shall be in full force and effect on February 1, 2006.
